Standard Shipping Policy:
All in stock orders are shipped within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) with the exception of personalized orders which are shipped within 8-10 business days (excluding weekend and holidays). We do our very best at Rebecca Ray to ship your order out as soon as possible but please understand that delays can happen with benchmade and customized products. We will be sure to keep you up to communicate with you if there is any delay with your order.
You may receive your order in several packages. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
At this time we only offer standard shipping which consists of USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. If you require expedited shipping, please email info@rebeccaraydesigns.com for these options and a shipping quote. At this time we only ship within the contiguous United States but for our friends outside of the US, we are happy to quote shipping.
