About the Blogger: Jen Hagemann is a wife, a mom, and ‘Gigi’ to 5 year old Julian. She’s also an entrepreneur, a Dressage rider, and a wooden boat enthusiast. Jen grew up showing dogs and riding horses. After losing her Dad prematurely to a preventable disease, she started a health and wellness business, working with encapsulated produce and vertical aeroponic gardens. For the past 30 years, she and her husband have built (and continue to build) a team of individuals, both nationally and internationally, who share their enthusiasm for health, wellness and entrepreneurship. Jen and Henry are also the current owners of a 1937 custom Rhodes ketch, which they refit, lived and cruised aboard for 8 years.
