Returns Policy

Our mission at Rebecca Ray Designs is to create the finest heirloom quality bench-made leather goods and products  in America.  Period. We stand behind all of our products and your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. 

One of the most frequent comments we receive from customers is a consistent note after they receive their products “I knew about your reputation for quality and I knew it was going to be beautiful, but I had no idea how beautiful it really is in person.”  We encourage you to rate your experience with us and review our product on our website so that you can help other shoppers with their purchases.

Rebecca Ray has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, for whatever reason you wish.

In turn, from you, we request a few simple steps from you.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@rebeccaraydesigns.com. We’ll send you a return shipping address and RA# to include with you shipment.  Returns are not prepaid.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

It happens very rarely, but please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please remember that your items are bench-made.  We believe slight variations in stitching, natural blemishes on real cowhide and waxed surfaces with patina are a natural part of a bench-made heirloom goods.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

With the exception of damaged or defective goods upon arrival, monogrammed or personalized products cannot be returned.  That is why we ask you to carefully check the spellings and initials of those particular items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.  Gift cards expire 1 year from purchase.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your approved return and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
